This premium white wine is born on the cool slopes of the Dão region, inspired by tradition and designed to surprise. A signature wine that elevates the elegance and complexity of the Encruzado grape variety .

Pronounced stone fruit and citrus notes meet the minerality of wet stone. Aging under bâtonnage and in new oak barrels impart a subtle toasty character and a velvety texture, culminating in a long, buttery finish .

Ideal for special occasions, paired with oven-baked dishes such as roasted cod or white meats. Thanks to its aging potential (up to 15 years), it is also the perfect wine to keep and celebrate an important date in the future .

With the typical rigor of the Dão region, this white wine was vinified in new French oak barrels, withbâtonnagefor 6 months and an additional 6 months of aging in the bottle, preserving structure and harmony.A white wine with depth and a vocation for preservation.

Nose:Complex and austere, it initially reveals notes of white fruit and the mineral freshness of wet stone. Its evolution in the glass brings to the fore its vegetal profile and the elegant nuances of two years of aging on lees.
Mouth:Impressive for its structure and remarkable volume. The buttery and creamy texture, a result of...bâtonnage, it combines perfectly with the well-integrated toasting of the French oak, creating a deep and persistent taste.
