Our curation focuses on excellence : a maximum of 250 active wines, all of which have been tasted by us and are here for a reason. That's why we place micro-producers (who respect the land and time) side-by-side with established names. For us, quality isn't measured by the label: it's proven by the tasting.
CRU doesn't follow trends. We select wines that show where they come from — with purity, balance, and expression. We want authentic, clear wines that speak of the terroir without needing to shout about it.

Our story
We spent years collecting moments across borders. In Italy, we found the unpretentious simplicity with which wine accompanies life; in France, the implicit elegance in its celebration . In Portugal, the unexpected challenge: it seemed necessary to be an expert to choose a quality wine.
We realized that, in reality, our only ambition was the simplest and most difficult of all: to choose just one quality wine for a dinner with friends. And it was in the clash between Portuguese complexity and our simple ambition that CRU was born.
The missing filter: a curated space that takes the unquestionable quality of Portugal (from small producers to established names) and removes the noise, elevating the experience and confidence of each moment.
